Moderator, why do my posts keep disappearing?

Yesterday I posted a new topic on the Vinyl Asylum -- benign content -- and an hour later it was gone. I reposted the message, made sure it was posted by exiting AA and logging back in and again it was deleted.
There was absolutely nothng in the post that would cause the Mods to delete it so, where did it go?
