I often do a search of equipment among inmates for equipment.

Then, select a few I like ...

Then, try to email them by clicking on their hyperlinked moniker on their system page.

This seldom if ever works. Some pages are honest about it by removing the link altogether but it doesn't make the system any less maddening. This used to work a couple years ago but no longer. I would appreciate someway to straighten this out.
