It is quite clear now, to me at any rate, that the second page of any of the forums is, in effect, an archive page. I don't think I've ever seen a thread continue once it has been removed to the second page. Of course, I don't follow everthing, so what I am saying may not be true, but it is almost true.
I suggest that the first page of each forum be lengthened somewhat, and that it be the only page to which one can post. Should an inmate wish, he can always revive a thread by making a new post and referring to the old thread in that post.
