No, the pictures didn't get deleted. What happened is that contributions are credited for one year. After that, you revert to a skinny A which causes your Gallery not to be listed. However, if you click on your name, you'll see that it's still there. If you chose to remain a contributor, it'll automatically show up on the list again.
