HowdySame thing here. In my case since the post acknowledge page took too a long time and had a CGI timeout error at the bottom I new that something was awry and I saved my post and posted it again until it took.
Since Rod was recovering some tables I suspect that that caused the problem. Everything seems to be back to normal now.
