any chance for auto "comment generation"?

Is it possible to do a word search on "disparaging" words in a post as the script is posting? Then, send the moderator an auto generated comment with the words highlighted so a moderator can view the post in context. A couple have slipped under my radar & thought this would be a desirous solution for every moderator save "Bruce from DC" who would probably consider it SPAM. Just a thought.
