HowdyWhen I click on my (A) it tells me that I have 117 posts.
When I do a search across all fora I get 250 records.
When I search for some of my standard IP addresses I get numbers around 30 or 40 apiece.
The reason I'm asking is apparently some people are making unwarrented assumptions based on the answer, see for example: http://www.audioasylum.com/audio/cables/messages/36283.html, where in the poster assumes that the count of 0 for the post being replied to is correct. (If the poster had simply done a search for John and the slighly truncated IP 199.192.1, he would have seen the folly of this assumption.)
