Change of email address?

Hi Rod-
Need to change address due to defunct ISP. Logged in and supplied new info but have received no confirming email. Is this an auto-generated confirmation or is this on your plate? I need the change soon, because the ISP is out of business on the 30th of April 2002--4 days to go!
