Update....

Actually my guy and Level3 have been on the problem since Thursday. I just got off the phone with Hayden. Apparently bigpipe set a policy to not pass on routings to Level3. This was obviously a mistake and they tried to undo it. But that can take up to 4 days.

In the meantime, all Level3 customers were cut off from any routing via bigpipe which amounted to about 128 Class C addresses, shaw.ca being one of them.

I'm told that the problem is fixed but will take time to propragate through the network. Hopefully, all will be well be tomorrow morning.
