RE: The Dvorak is the King of Cello Concertos

I cannot seem to get rid of this bug where my subject line is auto-filled by the phrase above. Unless I specifically remember to remove it, it seems to default to that phrase.

I never deliberately used that phrase in a thread but after reading a post with that subject the Asylum Post a Message form always defaults to that subject. How do I permanently erase this so that the default is blank?
