Oops.... Sorry, I have not gotten to your question sooner. I've been caught up in some other work. Anyway, I have not compared the velecotor to the power plant so I cannot make any comments in that regard. Technically, they are VERY different products. One is a power regenerator and the other is a power conditioner (power line enhancer). They will do very different things and as what will work best will depend on how your equipment responds and how you like response. The one thing that the PS Audio does have over the Velocitor is that the PS deliver a very precisely configured sine waves independant of the quality of the input power.
