I have no experience with seller and in general would no deal with a professional seller from English speaking country who makes so many spelling mistakes in English (if he is so sloppy with the spelling ...).

But in the item description it says fully functional and I doubt that he could get out of it even though he said as-is. BUT, whoever buys something from unclear listing without asking detailed questions through an e-bay system deserves what he gets.
