1. It's a personal attack. We don't need that here.
2. You already air a bunch of grievances about AN customer service etc. Now, I don't have any AN gear, but doing a quick look through the AN forum back to last February, I don't see any big complaints. Now it may very well be that AN *is* sloppy about parts or communicating with customers. If that's the case, the way to air your complaints is to post just what happened, and when.
3. It *is* a sponsor forum. Given that Brian had no problem with your non-specific charges at that start of your post, it seems to me that he's being pretty moderate.

You know, there's lots of really great tube gear out there. If AN is so bad to deal with, why not just move on?
