there was a hi-fi dealer named "Dirty Don's Warehouse Audio". If the name itself didn't scare you away, the owner's attitude certainly would. It was indeed owned by a guy named Don and he spent some time at the shop where I worked across town. He expressed his customer service policy to us this way:
"We offer the 30/30 plan. For the first thirty feet or thirty seconds after purchase, we would provide return and warranty service."
This guy was a trip. I would avoid the MSS guy for the same reason. :)
