Ordered 2 caps from RS Israel.Receive an invoice for 6.
Phoned them in order to talk with a human being.She says-we have 2 3300 mF 450V caps in stock-will arrive in 3 days.Place the order.Receive 3 days later-2 2200 mF 450V caps.Email them with the info that there is a mistake.No reply.Phone them today and was told-the person that you spoke to is unqualified to accept orders,pay a restocking fee of 255 and we will replace.
I wrote to RS components worldwide to inform them how their Israeli branch is working.Any experience with RS elsewhere?
