In light of his actions, you gotta' love his words on that clip:
"Executives need to understand that people are talking to each other online, connecting with each other online, and that reputation ... image ... value ... are being established by people online today."
"They need to understand that [online] world is different from the non-virtual world and how to navigate that world."
"Events that impact reputation can happen in the space of hours, or even minutes."
