Ordered Media Server payment check #3258 on Dec 23rd,2009 was informed that Server would arrive via express delivery Jan 4,2010.
January 12th am incomplete, dirty,damaged unit arrived without owners manual.I immediately contacted Xtream with our complaint and asked for a refund.Jan 13th email from Xtream rep Rich Spanier acknowledges "Multiple screw ups by Xtream Media" and they offer to pick-up used server,replace with new and refund half purchase price.
As of this morning No pick-up of used server,no replacement and no check.They havent even responded to my last two email requests for FULL IMMEDIATE REFUND
This is WITHOUT question a fraudulent operation
I WANT MY MONEY BACK & the used server removed from my home!
