I get a call from Premier in Boynton Beach wanting to help me sell my timeshare in the Sheraton Vistana in Orlando telling me they can sell it with no listing fee or out of pocket cost. I agree that I want to sell it. They call me back and tell me they have a canadian buyer who wants to buy it for 43,500. I laugh as I know its a scam. All I need to do to get the process going is give them 900-3,000 for running a search which is refundable at closing. I tell them I am calling the FBI and they hang up. BEWARE ALL THE SCAMMERS ARE WORKING HARD. lol
