you can track at the USPS link below, and it will tell you who signed for the package, and at what timeThe tracking number will look like:

Cut and paste the entire tracking and forward it to PAYPAL as evidence that the package was indeed received
If you didn't send trackable; you have no proof that this was ever received, and you will lose your PAYPAL dispute for sure (and I speak from experience)
