I couldn't agree with you more on this. This was what happened to me exactly. I tried to leave some negative feedbback to ATS and was told to go through this feedback resolution process. I never realized the existence of such a feedback system and thought it was great at first. I am used to that the only protection for buyers over the Internet is the feedback and AudiogoN is trying something more. However, what I got out of this was lots of insult from ATS instead and an offer from them that AudiogoN's moderator is happy with. So now from AudiogoN, my only right as a buyer is taken away from me.
Of course ATS claims they never had any negative feedback.
