I was forwarded to these jokers for Graaf amp replacement part. They were supposed to be a Graaf distibutors for North America. I spoke to one of the tech support guy and decide to purchase the part by paying via credit card over a month and half ago. Guess what? after not receiving the part for more than 2wks, I have been emailing asking for tracking number as well as confirmation of the shippment as well as leaving messages on their answering machine. Even after over a dozen emails and phone calls, still no answer.
Does anyone know Graaf's email address where I can send email complaint?
