ot- ebay vs. internet retailers.

I'm suprised to see a product on ebay for 75% of the price as (buy it now) as at internet retailers.
Internet retailer- $399.95

This appears to be the same product (the internet retailer's includes a free cutting board) and the internet retailer is the best price I could find on this product at froogle.
The Ebay price seems too good to be true, but the seller has 556 feedback, all positive. Does this seem legit?
