Re: Warning: Bogus email from Paypal...

A new version came to me yesterday from "Paypal". Subject was "You've got cash" and since I occasionally receive payments through Paypal, well, I figured it was a legit deal. So, now they're trying to sneak in that way.

It stated some company named SrQ had sent me $1100, which was completely nuts. However, my first assumption (I guess not enough coffee yet) was that someone had paid me by error and I clicked on the link to check it out. It popped open another window but before I looked at it I got a Windows pop-up warning of a trojan horse file. Of course, I freaked and simply did a hard shut-down on my PC rather than risk doing anything more.

Really was angry that they fooled me on that. Watch out.
