The facts:
I purchased 2 EZ81 tubes with Buy It Now from Gimbubba on ebay. I paid for these tubes immediately with PayPal. Gimbubba left positive feedback for me. After 1 month the tubes had not arrived. I emailed Gimbubba who claimed that the hurricanes in Florida had left his tubes in disorganized and that the matter would be rectified shortly.
After 2 months, no tubes. I asked for a refund - no reply. I waited one more moth, then I emailed Gimbubba and stated that I would leave negative feedback if I didn't receive a refund. After 2 days no reply, thus I left negative feedback.
You've been warned.
