Oh boy, here i am a newbie to this whole web site and what do i see, a person who got scammed buying Sonus faber in NJ~! I am in the market for some SF speakers, and i saw an add on Augiogon for my exact model whioch just came out 4 months ago for a clean grand less that the price at Harveys Electronics. Fellow ays he needs to raise cash fat. I know that SF only honors first purchaser warranties (quite unfair if a leagal trail can be established) but in any case, the purchae must be made from an authorized dealer. The sole distributor in the US is Sumito (Sumiko?). this fellow says he bought them directly from Sumiko, but they told me that they never sell to consumers and only to their authorized dealers! Do I smell a rat? Any feedback is more appeciated than you know. Naive Alan in NYC. Thank you
