Help in shutting this guy down

I believe this is the same guy Duilawyer goes after constantly. Every day this week this guy posts Magnepan speakers under a different user name. His ads always state he cannot be reached by ask seller aquestion as his mailbox has reached its limits. Ad says speakers in London but he's a registered user in Germany. Emailed him and he says the speakers are in Romania. I've shut him down every day this week. He also uses this email address in his ads as a contact email address rchpeter@msn.com. Beware!!
