How about this eBay one? Any red flags?

Retailers, Manufacturers, ePay, AudiogoN, Paypal or whatever. Buying and selling advice.

Won and paid for an album that never arrived. Enquired through eBay and received the following reply:
"can we have your full name and address so we can check our records please.thanks."
Anything sound fishy about this? If they have the listing, doesn't that show who I am, and my info? Or are they checking to see that I'm actually the buyer?
Not talking big bucks here, but just wondering if this seems square.
