...not all second chance offers are scams.True second chance offers show up on your "My Ebay" page. There is no way a scammer can make them appear there ...only the original seller can make this happen. It will be listed as a "Buy It Now" with your max bid as the price. You will find it listed in the "Items I've Won" section of your "My eBay" ...even though you will not have won it until you buy it.
I have received several of these legitimate second chance offers, have bought them all and have not had a problem yet.
Second chance offers that show up in an email and do not appear in your "My eBay" are the ones to run away from.
