I can't say that Italy sticks out in my mind, but I haven't shipped a lot there. I just had one to Austria that disappeared for weeks. I finally sent out a replacement via the same Global Priority. It still took 10 days instead of 3 to 5 and then, yup, the first showed up the next day. Where was it for 4 weeks, who knows?You could force Italians to ship via DHL or FedEx where you have total tracking. But it's 4X the cost as they only offer Express type service.
