It took them three days to respond to three separate e-mail queries asking them were these legitimate e-mail that I'd been getting. Afetr three days, they said yes, that the originals really did come from them. I figured if it took them three days and I still doubted what they were saying then it was time for me to close my account. I did it via their website. Haven't regretted doing so either.Good luck
