If I have an issue, I simply use the telephone & call them.PayPal gives the buyer an edge to the point the buyer can defraud the seller. The way overseas (outside of US) buyers defraud is the unconfirmed address (Ace in the hole) avenue they maintain. If one can prove shipping, it is not enough. Other issues are stolen packages. Per my experience, France & Italy are the worst, but it is spotty at best.
BTW- Ever notice how MANY overseas (not US) have an unconfirmed PayPal address? I believe I may limit PayPal to the US & Canada or simply stop selling tubes & parts. I can simply stock pile my findings like money in the bank & sell later when stocks dry up.
