Unauthorized credit card charge

I bought something online but the merchant didn't ship. I disputed the credit card charge and the merchant lost the dispute eventually. Now he charged the same disputed amount back to my card under a separate transaction. What recourse do I have for the unauthorized charge? He has my card #, is there anyway I can block him from charging back? Thanks!
