I bought a TEAC Dolby noise reduction adaptor from a guy on eBay, and he didn't take PayPal. He was very slow to respond, and I wondered whether he was just not happy that I had won the auction for the opening bit of ten bucks. He quoted me a ridiculous price for shipping as well.
Anyway, I sent him a USPS money order by first class mail almost 2 months ago and he insists he didn't get it ... and to "check to see if it has been cashed". I think he just tore it up because he wasn't happy with the selling price. What do you guys think?
