I tried to follow up with him 2 weeks after payment and he didn't respond to my email. So I filed dispute after waiting for 1 month.
AFAIK, he didn't ship with insurance or tracking, otherwise, he could have just showed the tracking # to me or the credit card company to prove that he shipped it. Thanks!
