I bought a set of cables with my credit card from Canada but the merchandise is never received. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company and got a temporary dispute credit refund. The seller saw the chargeback and sent me an email and voicemail saying I owe him the amount in dispute. He claimed he shipped it out and said he'll file fraud report if I don't respond. Is he just bluffing? Should I just let the credit card company handle the dispute? Thanks!
