Thanks - I wanted to rant somewhere, and haven't told the seller about this post. If I DO get a call from Andrea, the manager, I WILL tell her, and give her a chance to respond here.
I ordered the product over the phone. My problem is that they were deliberately misleading or made an error and won't make good on it.
