I know there have been numerous threads regarding Wally Tools and how busy and slow Mr. Malewicz is. And you will read things like, "you may have to give him some gentle follow up calls", and "don't worry, he doesn't cash your check until he is ready to ship". Well, I call B.S. on these statements. He cashed my check for $950 almost 5 months ago and I have yet to receive anything, including any answers to 6 emails, 23 phone calls, and two registered letters with photo copies of the cancelled check.
In June he will be in Los Angeles for a show and I plan to be there with a warrent.
