Thanks Tre'. At least that is not the problem.
Still no reply from Cary, and so am a bit frustrated.

I'm not certain the amps are still under warranty, but to have to crate them up and ship them back to Cary will be a big deal as they are very heavy and bulky.

I will call them to see if there is an authorized service place closer to me.

For others possibly reading this thread, please advise if you know of a skilled tech in the greater NY metro. Thank you in advance!
