Probably the most basic and flexible device is one of the Signal Transformer Company's "DU" series transformers. They have four windings, two on each side, of 0-100-110-120 VAC and you can get what you need out of all the taps.
My favorite is the DU-1/2, and a larger DU-1 may be OK, will not diminish dynamics much. There are numerous DU-1/4s on eBay, but that will diminish dynamics some. Check out all of Craigslist, if you buy one right, you can resell it. Maybe I have to ship you one of my spare DU 1/2s and you do postage both ways, about $24 in a medium flat rate box.
