Interesting design. It uses a switching supply to get the HV & possibly filament voltages. The only concern is the use of a switch mode supply inducing HF noise into sensitive tweeters.But Mr. Marchand knows audio engineering and designs good stuff so I'm sure his switch mode supply is quiet.
Why not give him a call or EMAIL and ask him about the switch mode supply.
For ribbon tweeters you might also want to look at the Bottlehead SETs.
