Interesting, I notice the 300v, 40mA, 5300 ohms operating point for a 2A3 is almost the same as for the Bugle 45 amp, which has a 330V B+, 34mA and 5K OPT.
So, the power supply could be exactly the same, just the cathode resistor would need adjusting.
