"...aus dem Reich der Mitte..." - he doesn't want to say "China" :^)The only "Red Dragon Audio" I could find on the web is in the USA and specializes in Class-D solid state amps. Searching Rocket Supreme found me a boat trailer manufacturer but no 211 amps.
The 211 can be a great tube, but it is a bit tricky to use it well due to the high plate resistance and high voltages. What can you expect? Anything from the sublime to the ridiculous! :^)
At the original list price of 1200 euro, there will be compromises in the design and/or parts. Without knowing more, it's hard to say whether this amp will come close to exploiting the potential of the tube.
What is the power? What are the drivers? How many stages? What is the transformer impedance, and/or the output impedance? It would help a lot if you could find some specifications. I couldn't.
