The ST70 is a PP (push-pull) amp and you are in the SET (single ended triode) asylum. You need to make up your mind what kind of amp you want (based on the rest of your system and where you want to go) and then look for kits/projects. Unless you want an SET amp, you'd probably get more response from the DIY forum.
