I'm seriously considering the bottlehead Paramour II kits at only $679, the Music Reference 6EM7 stereo SET, and also the ASL Tulip.I'm told the bottlehead kits include only fair-quality parts; since I'm an incorrigable tweakist, I'd soon have probably $1500 invested in them. Having improved 3 pairs, I know the ASL stuff well enough that I know I'd soon have $300 - $400 more invested in them. I'm hoping the new Modjeski amp will sound so good I would 'have' to do very little to it.
Decisions, decisions.
