Hi Gordon, I use to think the same way but out of nessity, just for a little bit, I had to reconfigure my system to have two amps worked on and ended up using my SS Crown D150 for my A7 bottoms and the Sonic Impact for my tweeters......I was floored. It seems like a natural fit. The Sonic Impact is only $30.00 so you might want to experiment. I'd like to see what others have to say. Cheers.
