I have an amp that can take 10Y (7.5V filament, 2.2K Rk), 50 (7.5V filament, 1.2K Rk) and 300B (5V filament, 1.2K Rk)The driver is 417A with CCS plate load. With this I am able to experience the sonic differences between the power tubes. My personal choice on this amp is the 10Y, if you should ask.
