I would recommend the DIY HiFI Supply LD 3+ Signature 300B monoblocks. Especially with the optional Tentlabs Filament heaters, hum/noise is around 0.2-0.3mv, one of the lowest you can get with a DHT SET amp (I know I have a pair). Also, very musical and good sounding. Within your budget, even if built for you.Here is the link:
