You're in Push-Pull territory here.
Even being an SET guy_grin_ gotta say there are some really great sounding push-pull amps out there.
I used to own a VAC 30/30. One of the nicest sounding amps I have ever had.
30 watts would probably do it for you. They operate in triode mode.
I've seen them on A'gon for around 3200 give or take a couple of hundred.
BTW - those amps have the ability to dial in a little feedback if it sounds better with your speakers. Knob on the back with 2 db increments of feedback.
