I also have the Art Audio DM VPS preamp. I looked at the back of my panel to see if I had a couple of RCA connectors labeled as T/M and I don't. I have a RCA set that is obviously a tape loop; "Tape In/Out" and then a red/white RCA pair near the corner that are labeled "N/C".I can't imagine that I didn't notice this before. I have no idea what N/C is. "No Change" for a theater bypass perhaps? Maybe that's what T/M is.
Now I'm going to have to dig out the manual.
Have you tried calling Art Audio? Don't bother emailing. They don't really do internet. They're website hasn't changed since 2003.
By the way, do you have any recommendations for tubes in that preamp?
