Hi Drew,The filaments in a 12AX7 are 12.6V with the ends on pins 4 & 5 and a centre tap on pin 9. A 7058 uses a filament voltage of 13.5V also on pins 4 & 5 but without the centre tap but you probably already knew this. It should work OK, especially since most of these amps output slightly high filament voltages anyway.
